Paul joined EarthGrid as the Director of Project Management, responsible for leading transmission route design teams and obtaining approvals for telecommunications and electrical transmission line routes. With a background in real estate development, Paul has successfully delivered numerous profitable projects, expanded property portfolios, and secured project approvals for complex ventures. He has collaborated with various professionals, such as engineers and environmental permitting experts, and worked closely with governmental agencies and stakeholders. Paul also gained experience in permitting utility-scale renewable energy projects while working at EDF-EN. Additionally, he co-founded two successful land entitlement companies in the East Bay Area.
