Troy has been in the solar industry since 1980 and co-founded Pristine Sun in 2009. Prior to this, he was CEO of Pristine Power Corporation, a renewable energy consulting firm, and its affiliate KC Biofuels LLC. Troy successfully founded TradeWind Energy, which became the #1 wind developer in the U.S. in 2017. He served as CEO at TradeWind Energy through 2004, developing more than 2 GW of wind energy before Enel Green Power acquired the company. TradeWind went on to become Enel Green Power’s largest portfolio company by GWs of capacity.
